Allow pressure to release, then serve with mylk of choice, extra cinnamon, apples, maple syrup or toppings of choice. To make on the stovetop, add all ingredients to a saucepan, and simmer on low, stirring occasionally, until quinoa and oats are fluffy and cooked to your desired texture.
